"Both of the guys in store were extremely knowledgeable and able to provide info to me, a brand new rider, in a friendly manner. They showed me options within my price range and didn't pressure me to buy anything. The selection in store is great, but if the item you want is out of stock they'll walk you through their online store in about 5 minutes and get you what you need. I bought my helmet and gloves at cycle gear, and I'll be buying all of my gear here."

Only to find out the next day that it did debit my account so I had to go back to the store for credit. They simply said their IT dept was aware of it & working on it. Please post Umpqua warning on the reader before people try to use their Umpqua card. "
